What happens after I book?

You'll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link for our session. I'll also send a brief questionnaire to help me prepare.

What format are the sessions?

All sessions are conducted via video call. CV reviews include written feedback sent within 48 hours.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund if you cancel 48+ hours before the session. 50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours. No refunds for no-shows.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, up to 24 hours before your session. Just email adjoasoffice@gmail.com.
